Mist Nozzle Manufacturer in India

SYNERGY SPRAY SYSTEM is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality misting nozzle in India. We offer a wide range of stainless steel, brass, and plastic mist spray nozzle, available in low, medium, and high pressure variants customized to meet your application needs.

How do Misting Nozzle work?

A misting nozzle atomizes water into fine aerosol droplets using water pressure. These droplets cool the surrounding air through evaporative cooling, and higher pressures typically result in a finer mist with faster evaporation—commonly used in outdoor cooling mist nozzle systems, humidification lines, and process conditioning.

FINE MIST SPRAY NOZZLE

A mist pattern is characterized by having a low flow rate of very small droplet sizes with almost no impact. Typically this pattern will be used for evaporation cooling, moistening or humidifying applications. A hydraulic nozzle will produce finer and finer droplets as liquid pressure is raised. So a nozzle that produces a mist at 5 bar pressure may well produce a fog spraying at 15 bar pressure. This means the term Mist nozzle and misting nozzles are generally interchangeable as the same nozzle may well be able to produce both a mist or a fog depending on the operating pressure nozzle.

In Addition to High pressure misting nozzles, We also manufacture low pressure misting nozzle with Push fit connection. Low pressure push fit mist nozzles are available in 6 mm, 8 mm, 10mm and 12 mm connections.
MIST NOZZLE FOR DUST SUPPRESSION

MIST NOZZLE FOR DUST SUPPRESSION

We are a manufacturer of mist nozzles for dust suppression used for dust control systems in yards, transfer points, and industrial areas. A properly selected dust suppression mist nozzle can generate fine droplets in the micron range (depending on nozzle/orifice/pressure) to help bind dust and reduce airborne particulate.

Dust suppression misting Nozzles deliver fog precisely where you want it, to do exactly what you need it to do, whether on a large or small scale, inside or outdoors.

Our dust suppression misting Nozzles are customisable, technologically advanced, versatile and energy efficient.

Our dust suppression misting Nozzles are customisable, technologically advanced, versatile and energy efficient.

Our systems aren’t solely used for suppressing dust: they’re used in a very broad range of applications, and every year we’re excited to discover more ways that fog can be used.

Currently, our dust suppression misting systems are used in a wide number of different industries. Recent projects included controlling the dust in a potato grading and packing facility and a power station wood pellet storage area.

Mist Nozzle for Dust Suppression available with range of orifice from 0.10mm, 0.15mm, 0.20 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.40 mm, 0.50 mm, 0.60 mm

These cleanable Anti-Drip nozzles provide long lasting performance for variety of applications with corrosive and higher viscosity liquids. Most common uses include mid/high pressure misting systems, mosquito/insect control systems, odor control and special effects.

Built-in Anti-Drip Feature

High Pressure springs need 250 psi to open / Low pressure springs need 65 psi to open 100 psi is recommended.

The 0.30mm nozzle is the medium sized standard nozzle orifice. At 1,000 psi (70 kg/cm2), the mean diameter of the droplets from this size orifice are 13.1μ with droplets ranging from 1.6μ to 39.1μ with a spray diameter of between 65 degrees and 75 degrees.

The 0.30mm misting nozzle is ideal for applications requiring moderate flow with small droplet size. It is also commonly used for outdoor cooling applications. This nozzle can be used with any pressures at 100 psi or more.

Application-based nozzle selection: We help choose the right fine mist spray nozzle based on cooling/humidification goals, dust conditions, and wetting tolerance (important for outdoor and industrial sites).
Dust suppression-ready designs: Our mist nozzle for dust suppression options support controlled fogging/misting for yards, transfer points, and material handling areas where airborne dust is a problem.
Anti-drip + filtration options: Where dripping and clogging are common, we provide anti-drip misting nozzles and filter-supported configurations to improve uptime and reduce maintenance.
Build quality + service support: Corrosion-resistant materials, standard threads/push-fit options, and spares support help keep misting lines stable over long operating hours.

FAQ – Misting Nozzles in India

What is the difference between mist and fog in spray systems?

Mist and fog differ mainly in droplet size:
• Dry Fog: Droplets up to 20 microns
• Wet Fog: 20–30 microns
• Mist: 30–60 microns
• Spray: Over 60 microns
High-pressure misting nozzles can sometimes produce fog-like effects. However, misting nozzles are primarily designed for misting—ideal for cooling, humidifying, and fine spraying applications.

What is an anti-drip misting nozzle?

Anti drip mist nozzle helps save the liquid especially water when the pressure pumps are not in operation. it serves the dual purpose of saving water as well as prevention of floor wetting. This mechnism has a spring loaded with the stopper which gets activeed when the misting lines are pressurized. At normal pressure, its closed.

What should I know about using and maintaining misting nozzle?

Misting nozzles work through flash evaporation, where pressurized water is atomized into a fine mist that quickly cools the surrounding area. Some high-quality nozzles include filtration systems—even dual filters—to reduce clogging from fine sediment.

Regular cleaning is essential. If nozzles clog, soak them overnight in a vinegar-water solution to dissolve debris. Avoid using sharp objects—use a soft brush or cloth instead.

There are two main types of misting nozzles:

•Brass Nozzles (often with stainless steel tips): Durable and reliable.

•Ceramic Nozzles: Made with ceramic inserts, ideal for fine misting at high pressures.

Nozzles are available in a variety of orifice sizes and function effectively at pressures ranging from 30 to 1500 PSI. For low-pressure systems, choose brass nozzles with stainless steel tips for better durability. Avoid plastic or low-grade nozzles, as they tend to clog or wear out faster.

All Synergy Spray Systems nozzles are made from industry-standard materials for long-lasting performance.

What are the different types of atomizing spray nozzles offered?

At Synergy Spray Systems, we provide several atomizing spray nozzle designs to meet diverse spraying needs, including:
• External Mixture Flat Fan
• Internal Mixture Siphon Flat Fan
• Internal Mixture Deflected Flat Fan
• Internal Mixture Wide Angle
• Internal Mixture Jet Round
• External Mixture Narrow Round
• Paint Spray Atomizing Nozzle

Which mist nozzle is best for dust suppression?

For dust control, a mist nozzle for dust suppression is selected based on dust type, wind exposure, and how much wetting is acceptable. Fine droplets help bind dust, but layout (nozzle spacing/height) and filtration are equally important for consistent performance.

What pressure is required for a misting nozzle?

It depends on nozzle design and required droplet size. Low-pressure systems work for simple humidification and wetting, while high-pressure systems are used when finer mist and faster evaporation are needed.

Can misting nozzles be used outdoors in summer?

Yes, but performance depends on humidity and airflow. In dry heat, cooling is stronger; in high humidity, cooling is lower and more wetting may occur.

What filtration is needed for misting nozzles?

Small orifice fine mist spray nozzles need good filtration. The exact micron rating depends on orifice size and water quality, but filtration and line flushing are key to reduce clogging.

Why does my misting nozzle drip after shutdown?

Dripping can happen due to residual line pressure, worn seals, or lack of check/anti-drip mechanism. An anti-drip misting nozzle helps prevent dripping when pressure drops.
