Uniform distribution of coolant inside the metal cutting area is crucial to maintain cooling and improve the efficiency of the cutting process. Synergy Spray system's nozzles are made of high quality Stainless Steel to ensure cooling liquid distribution is uniform over the spraying area. These nozzles are high-temperature resistant and have a non-clogging design. Removing and replacing them is relatively simple and does not demand any downtime of the CNC machines.
